Your Role: AI Consultant

Your Tasks: As a dynamic AI consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Requirements analysis and business development support for the development and implementation of AI solutions tailored to customers' business needs
• Communicate complex AI concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with our internal data science team and software engineers to design and deploy AI models
• Support the delivery of training for customers on the use and understanding of AI tools and systems

Your Profile: We are looking for candidates with:

• Several years of professional experience in the agency or consulting sector, preferably in technology consulting with a focus on AI
• Social skills and a talent for building strong relationships with customers
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain AI concepts and underlying technologies to various target groups
• High level of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work and achieve results even with little supervision
• Eye for detail and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• At least initial knowledge of machine learning and generative AI
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business challenges related to AI applications
• Knowledge of spoken and written German at at least C1 level
• Knowledge of spoken and written English at least B2 level
