• The wizard's touch: An Automation/Mechatronics or Electrical Engineer degree, seasoned with 2-3 years of experience conjuring control systems in plant engineering.
• Safety first: User knowledge of explosion protection and functional safety will make you a hero.
• Tech polyglot: Fluency in PCS7, S7, Allan Bradley, Bently Nevada, COMOS is your secret weapon (although any magical communication skills are welcome!).
• Cyber sentinel: Knowledge of cyber security will guard our systems like a watchful dragon.
• Global citizen: English and German are your passports to collaboration, but any additional languages are bonus spells.
