Position Overview:
As the Director of Industrial Automation, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our automation projects in Amsterdam and surrounding regions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, drive innovation in automation technologies, and ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Led and mentored a team of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality automation projects on time and within budget.
Collaborate with clients to understand their automation needs and develop tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
Stay abreast of emerging automation technologies and trends to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and excellence within the automation team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 8 years in industrial automation, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Deep technical expertise in automation systems, including PLC programming, robotics, SCADA systems, and industrial control networks.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
