Location: Brockton, MA

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + Overtime + Benefits

Position Type: Full-Time

Overview: The Service Technician acts as a representative for the Company and oversees the installation and repair of equipment for air compressors, dryers, tanks, and associated compressed air products. These services are provided on-site and on-demand to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conducting maintenance on air compressors, dryers, filters, and associated compressed air equipment.

• Analyzing and diagnosing electrical diagrams and equipment malfunctions.
• Offering technical services, including start-ups, installations, and repairs for air compressors, dryers, tanks, and related compressed air products.
• Completing written assessments, making recommendations, and generating company reports. Proficiency in utilizing service software for communication and scheduling purposes.
• Demonstrating a positive outlook and a commitment to enhancing existing sales and service operations.
• Capable of maintaining and managing a company vehicle.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Fulfilling additional tasks as delegated.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in mechanical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer service and consultative competencies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of clear communication across various stakeholders including engineering, technical support, sales, management, and customers.
• Thorough comprehension of manufacturing products and equipment.
• Outstanding organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills, including a proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.

Required Education/Experience:

• Prior hands-on experience with compressed air equipment is highly preferred.
• A background of 2 to 3 years in a service-oriented organization is desirable.
• Full Driver's license
