Lead Pac Engineer

As a Lead PAC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in successfully initiating, coordinating, and delivering projects within sustainability. You will work with a team of project managers and engineers to advise, design, build, and test complex automation and security systems.

What you will do:
* Work on varied projects for various customers.
* Replace the automation and security systems of high-voltage stations in the Netherlands for one of Europe's leading transport network operators (TSO).
* Work on the automation and security systems for renewing and expanding the Dutch network for one of the regional network operators (DSO), for example, to enable further electrification of the industry.
* Work on the automation and security systems of on-/offshore integration into our national network.
* Have excellent contact with the project manager and client.
* Listen, give advice and manage a group of PAC engineers.
* Work closely with the Client manager to develop commercial opportunities within the Energy Transition.

What we are looking for:
* Passion for sustainability and the energy transition
* Experience with electrical systems (MS, HS)
* Ability to read technical documentation and single-line diagrams
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (preferably electrical engineering, computer science or similar)
* Knowledge of SCADA systems (preferably WinCC OA)
* Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104/101, Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA)
* Experience with programming industrial controllers or PLCs (Siemens S7, Allen Bradley, Schneider Modicon)
* Experience with programming functional logic
* Experience with (industrial) networks (WLAN, VLAN, RSTP, PRP, VPN)
* Innovative, flexible, stress-resistant and highly organized
