Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong client relationships within the telecoms and energy sectors. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring that all client expectations are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

Project Oversight: Oversee project execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are adhered to. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients, project teams, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Business Development: Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and securing additional projects. Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations.

Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts and service agreements. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and address any discrepancies.

Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress, client satisfaction, and overall performance metrics.

Requirements:

Knowledge: Strong understanding of underground infrastructure projects, including technical aspects and industry best practices.

Languages: Dutch & English (Both verbal and written)

Qualifications: HBO 2e job or MBO graduate with additional experience

Technical Proficiency: 5+ years of drawing experience such as AutoCAD
