I look for candidates with renewable/sustainable experience but also those from an Oil/Energy/Electric background. Sectors such as I.T can also be a transitional industry. My previous history in recruitment initially began in a sales capacity in Melbourne, Australia. I progressed to a Team Leader where I was able to recruit and conduct interviews for the company and more specifically my team. On my return to the U.K, I began in a start-up recruitment company working in the construction and logistics sector (contract and permanent) covering the South East where I progressed the businesses across 5 years. Candidates will get an personal experience with me where they can expect transparency, commitment and most importantly, a trusted relationship which will be displayed in the types of opportunities he/she is presented with. I pride myself on making my candidates feel looked after during the time I am working for them, from start to finish, irrespective if there is a hire made.
