My previous history in recruitment initially began in a sales capacity in Melbourne, Australia. I progressed to a Team Leader where I was able to recruit and conduct interviews for the company and more specifically my team. On my return to the U.K, I began in a start-up recruitment company working in the construction and logistics sector (contract and permanent) covering the South East where I progressed the businesses across 5 years.
