Fluent Commerce OMS Developer

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Fluent Commerce OMS: Expertise in configuring and optimizing Fluent Commerce OMS solutions.
• Java Development: Senior-level proficiency in Java Standard, with strong Java Unit Testing skills and adherence to coding best practices.
• Microservices: Extensive experience developing microservices using Sprint Boot.
• JSON Configuration: Skilled in configuring complex solutions using JSON.
• Python Development: Proficient in Python, particularly in an integration context.
• Event-based Architecture & API-first Solutions: Experienced in designing and implementing scalable, event-driven architectures and API-first solutions.
• React: Familiarity with React for front-end development.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Strong familiarity with Git, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• REST & GraphQL API: Hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Development Tools: Work experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Datadog, and SonarQube for development and monitoring.
• Testing: Experience in Unit, Integration, and System Testing, with knowledge of code coverage tools.
• Atlassian Suite: Proficiency in using Confluence and Jira for project documentation and agile management.
• Cloud-native Solutions: Experience with cloud-native architectures and solutions.
• Microservice Architecture & API Integrations: Expertise in designing and implementing microservices and API integrations.
• Containerization: Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes for deploying and managing applications.
• Web Application Security: Expertise in securing web applications using OAuth2, OIDC, and following security best practices.
• Database Experience: Experience developing applications in MySQL and MongoDB contexts.

Functional Skills:

• E-commerce & OMS Context: Previous experience in E-commerce, Order Management System (OMS), Stock Management, and Order Flow contexts.
• Luxury Industry: Experience working within the luxury industry is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Project Experience: Track record of successfully delivering integration projects from initial study to production stabilization.
• Software Architecture: Understanding of software architecture and development lifecycle.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working with near/off-shore teams in a distributed environment.
• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., French, Italian, Chinese) is advantageous.
• Design Patterns: Experience working with Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
