As Our Lead Engineering Co-founder, you will be responsible for the following:

Work closely with the CEO, Customer Success, Executive Chairman, UX designer, developers, and salespeople to develop new concepts and functions according to actual customer value.

• Lead and develop a flexible and efficient development process.
• Plan and specify development tasks.
• Produce clean, understandable and high-quality, and tested code.
• Develop both frontend and backend from "A to Z"
• Responsible for ensuring the stable operation of our systems, handling any sources of error, and ensuring fast and efficient troubleshooting.

You have the following skills & competencies:

We encourage candidates with relevant experience, regardless of the number of years of education or experience, to apply.

But we are looking for a candidate who has:

• Higher education in IT or equivalent.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a developer.
• Experience with TypeScript / Javascript, React, NodeJs, and related technologies.
• Experience with database design and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS and/or other similar cloud services.
• Experience or desire to lead an agile development process and team.
• Interested in product development beyond the technical.
• Good knowledge of English and Norwegian both in writing and orally.
• Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented.
• Experience and interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning - (Not a requirement).
• Experience with universal design.
