What do we expect from you?

As a QP/RP you play an important role in ensuring the quality of our products. You are responsible for ensuring the GMP and GDP requirements in the organization and processes. You should consider, among other things:

  • Developing and maintaining internal quality standards to ensure that processes and procedures are compliant with GxP legislation and regulations;
  • The batch review, certification and release of parallel imported medicines that have been secondarily repackaged for the Dutch market;
  • The batch review, certification and release of EAV medicines for the Dutch market;
  • Reviewing and approving component specifications for the production department;
  • Reviewing and approving complaints, deviations, changes and CAPAs;
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the quality system, including drawing up, assessing and approving new and changed procedures and work instructions;
  • Monitoring the internal training plan related to the quality system;
  • Reviewing and approving suppliers and customers as part of the supplier and customer qualification program;
  • Responsible for leading audits by clients and inspecting authorities and ensuring that self-inspections are carried out;
  • Carrying out audits at third parties where outsourced GxP activities are carried out;
  • Advising management and department managers with regard to implementation and compliance with GxP regulations.

Are you the professional we are looking for?

  • A completed university degree in Pharmacy (or comparable).
  • You have some experience in a quality environment and you have knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (including GMP and GDP).
  • You can influence others to adjust their views and behavior in the desired direction. To this end, you have persuasive and influencing skills.
  • You have courage and dare to make decisions. You are able to distinguish between main and secondary issues and get to the heart of the problem. You foresee possible consequences of proposed decisions and oversee situations and processes in time.
  • You recognize problems and tackle them systematically with an eye for detail.
  • You are a pragmatic person, proactive, a doer and stress-resistant with strong communication skills.
  • You know the pharmaceutical industry, the current GMP, GDP legislation and regulations and quality systems and you have demonstrable audit skills.
