We've standardized on SaaS (cloud) services and were among the first financial institutions to fully commit to a truly Modern Workplace based on Microsoft 365.

Currently, we are seeking a seasoned engineer with expertise in (Microsoft) Security Services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Service Maintenance and Improvement: Work as part of a cross-border squad of peers and customer journey experts to enhance our services. Employee satisfaction is key!
  • Feature Development: Stay ahead of new SaaS vendor features and drive our feature requests to them.
  • Future Service Development: Help develop, automate, simplify, and secure future services.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Engage frequently with key staff and product groups from major suppliers like Microsoft and JAMF.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure thorough administration and strong processes to safeguard client data in our highly regulated environment. Can you automate these processes to reduce the burden?
  • Agile Work Environment: Enjoy the freedom to choose your own course of action for projects and tasks. No two days are the same!
  • 24/7 Global Service: Share the responsibility of solving third-line incidents, administration, and standby services on a rotation-based scheme.

Education and Experience:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT Audit, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of IT experience with Microsoft 365 technology in an enterprise-level multinational organization, including relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, CISSP, CISM).
  • Understanding of outsourcing principles on operational, tactical, and strategic levels with end-to-end accountability of Workplace Services across multiple external and internal parties.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments, such as financial institutions.
