Quantum Hardware/Lab Team Lead - Quantum Computing, Hardware, Lab Facility Manager, Munich

A leading customer of ours is looking for someone to join the team in Munich as a Hardware Team Lead and Lab Manager.

This business is a fast-growing, market leader within the field of modular HPC and Quantum Computing systems. The aim for the company is to become the main integrator of quantum computers for customers.

This is a vital role for the business, reporting into the Head of Business Operations.

Tasks:
- Lab facility operations management; including management of site hardware, ensuring regulations and policies are met

- Working and coordinating with contractors

- Inventory tasks including working with supply chain, shipment, supplies, systems, vendors etc...

- Working closely with business operations, business development, product teams etc....

Experience:

- Strong experience in building and managing labs and facilities, ideally with experience in quantum computing, HPC or data centers

- Process managment tools experience

- Facility management experience in business administration, hardware, engineering etc...
