I'm in search of a professional who...

* Holds a degree in fields like Computer Science or Industrial Engineering, or has completed relevant training coupled with extensive SAP experience.
* Has a proven track record in managing and implementing SAP HCM projects or similar HR applications.
* Possesses technical expertise in SAP Base Technologies, ABAP, database technologies, operating systems, and network technology.
* Is experienced in application maintenance, interfacing, incident and change management, and is well-versed in HR-related business processes.

* Overseeing projects and executing SAP and non-SAP solutions in the HR domain such as payroll, timekeeping, and e-learning.
* Analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing technical processes, translating them into efficient SAP solutions.
* Providing internal consultation to departments and project managers, both domestically and internationally.
* Supporting functional units and conducting training on new application solutions.
* Ensuring the smooth daily operation of HR applications.
