For one of my clients in Belgium I'm seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Analyst to join a dynamic team in Brussels. As a ServiceNow ITSM Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and expansion of ServiceNow ITSM processes and functionality within the organization. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture user requirements and create user stories for process implementation.
• Contribute to the creation of an ITSM roadmap in coordination with stakeholders, architects, and product owners.
• Participate in advisory boards to assess requested ITSM application changes.
• Map ServiceNow ITSM processes and data models to third-party applications for seamless integrations.
• Conduct system and functional testing of ServiceNow components.
• Provide support to technical consultants during configuration and development phases.
• Assist users in user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate a successful roll-out.
• Advocate for the value of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in non-technical terms, within the organization.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of IT Service Management best practices.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow-based Service Management.
• Familiarity with IT technologies, including hardware, networking, and software licensing.
• Proficiency in the ITIL framework and understanding of CMDB.
