As they continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join the team in Belgium.
Position Overview:
The company are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality and compliance of the pharmaceutical products. This role is critical in maintaining the companies commitment to regulatory standards and delivering safe, effective products to their loyal customers.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Quality Management System (QMS): Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with GMP, EU, and global regulations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including EU GMP guidelines, ISO standards, and internal policies.
- Audits and Inspections: Prepare for and lead internal and external audits, including inspections by regulatory authorities.
- Documentation: Oversee the creation, review, and approval of quality-related documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks in the manufacturing process and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 5 years of industry experience
- Indepth knowledge of EU GMP guidelines
- Knowledge of other regulatory standards is an advantage
- Fluent in English with French or Dutch an advantage
