Sales & Business Development Leader

There is no greater commercially impacting role, than that of the team members who find new customers for the business.

The hardware design, the software engineering, the product research teams etc... all do tremendously impressive work that remains critical to business. But none of their hard work and efforts become commercially valuable until the moment a customer signs a deal to purchase the equipment they've built.

Your responsiblities are to ensure that this quantum hardware business in Germany sign deals with enough new customers.

Working closely with the Founders of this 50-100 person business, it is up to you to convert efforts into revenue.

We include the word "leader" because you are leading the startegy as well as being the person to obtain the results.

You will not have an people responsiblities or have to worry about hiring, training and managing sales staff. All focus will be on your primary responsiblity. Win new customers. Sign new deals.

Are you up for the challenge?

We expect the right person will look something like this:

• Comfortable discussing high-ticket budgets & spending in the millions of €
• Already worked to €MM annual quota's
• Previously sold complex technology (could be software, cloud, hardware or physics related)
• Can share stories with evidence of influencing sales or Go-To-Market strategies in various forms
