My client is a world-renowned provider of heating systems to the maritime industry, a sector responsible for 90% of global transportation. They partner with leading shipyards worldwide to deliver cutting-edge solutions for cargo temperature maintenance, engine room, and cabin heating across diverse vessel types, including tankers, ferries, dredgers, container ships, tugs, and LNG carriers.

Join our dynamic Global Sales team as a Sales Engineer, where you'll collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional heating solutions to the maritime sector.

Your Role:

• Customer Focus: Understand customer needs, design tailored heating systems, and provide expert engineering support.
• Business Development: Build relationships with shipbuilders and ship designers, identifying opportunities and closing deals.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends to uncover new business avenues.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers have a positive experience by addressing concerns and implementing their valuable feedback.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrotechnics, or a related field.
• Strong affinity for the maritime industry, particularly heating systems.
• Proven sales experience and a global mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Dutch and English. German or Spanish is a plus.
• A results-oriented, creative problem solver who thrives in a team environment.
