Would you like to take end-to-end responsibility for managing the implementation of all technical, organizational, and commercial aspects of customer delivery projects within complex customer environments?
Would you like to manage the entire customer delivery process from pre-sales handover to support transition and project closure?
Would you like to lead and guide project team members, third party vendors, and customer personnel to achieve project deployment and readiness within the planned scope, schedule, and budget?

This fast-growing and internationally recognized provider of software solutions is at the forefront of delivering advanced software for mobile networks. Currently experiencing rapid growth, the biggest challenge will be managing tier-1 customer delivery projects for integrating software solutions in mission-critical networks.

I'm seeking a candidate who:

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and/or technology, along with certifications in PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, or similar project management credentials.
• Has a demonstrated history of effectively managing large-scale delivery projects in complex customer environments, particularly with Telecom Service Providers or Enterprise clients.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of standard project management practices and tools, including MS Office Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and is familiar with agile (scrum) development methodologies.
• Exhibits strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and influencing virtual/remote teams and complex customer organizations towards common objectives.

• Taking complete responsibility for the execution of all technical, organizational, and commercial facets of customer delivery projects.
• Overseeing the full customer delivery lifecycle, from pre-sales handover through to support transition and project completion.
• Conducting regular project progress meetings with customers and project teams.
• Initiating and promoting operational enhancements across the organization, working closely with the Head of Operations.
