The mission:

  • Lead sales initiatives from start to finish, managing client communication throughout.
  • Strategically build and manage the sales pipeline, prioritizing key targets.
  • Engage new contacts effectively and cultivate strong relationships.
  • Partner with the Performance team to deliver compelling responses to inquiries.
  • Drive improvements to essential client documents.


Your profile:

  • Maritime Expertise: 10-15 years of experience in the maritime transport industry.
  • Sales Prowess: Minimum of 10 years in a sales role with proven success.
  • Global Outlook: Flawless English proficiency and demonstrated experience working with clients in Asia.
  • Maritime Background (Preferred): Educational background in naval architecture, merchant marine officer, or related maritime field.
  • Startup Spirit: Enthusiasm for venturing into a growing startup at a critical stage of development.
