Title: SAP HCM Specialist (Talent & Time Management)

• Within a team, you will enhance our SAP HCM environment through ABAP development and customization while continuously advancing our systems.
• You will manage sub-projects, covering everything from gathering requirements and assessing feasibility to implementation.
• In light of the impending end-of-support for SAP HCM, you will play a key role in the future-oriented redesign of our system landscape.
• You will provide 2nd and 3rd level support through error diagnosis and resolution.
• In essence: You will ensure smooth payroll and time management operations for over 14,000 employees both in Germany and globally!
• You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM, specifically in payroll and time management.
• You are highly knowledgeable in SAP HCM and capable of implementing customization requirements with ease.
• You are proficient in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international setting.
