The mission:

• Lead the operational DMU integration efforts at the aircraft level for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with the process owner to contribute to the formulation of the configured DMU policy and methodology.
• Define tasks related to DMU integration, establish governance, and implement operational protocols.
• Offer comprehensive expertise to the DMU community, covering aspects such as DMU configuration, enhancement, and more.
• Efficiently organize and structure DMU review sessions to identify and address design conflicts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders including aircraft structure, systems, EWIS, IT, and OEM suppliers.
• Ensure accurate configuration and reliable operational status of the configured DMU.
• Oversee DMU generation, configuration, administration, and accessibility.
• Provide assistance to the aircraft development gate process, validating the quality checks of the DMU process to ensure alignment with the latest configuration standards.

Your profile:

• Holds a degree in aerospace/aeronautics or an equivalent field of engineering.
• Brings more than 10 years of experience in aircraft development, spanning from initial stages to certification.
• Demonstrates over 5 years of effective team leadership using modern methodologies and tools.
• Possesses expertise in DMU integration, product structure, and configuration management.
• Shows strong motivation to train and engage the DMU community.
• Approaches tasks with a structured, results-driven orientation and fosters a robust team spirit.
• Communicates effectively with an open-minded and approachable demeanour.
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of German as a beneficial addition.
