We are seeking a highly skilled Process Control Engineer to support our Houston production facility by leading small projects and managing daily automation activities. The ideal candidate will identify, design, and implement automation improvements to optimize operations in alignment with business goals, using lean manufacturing principles.
Experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, mathematics, or a natural science.
- 5+ years of experience in applying process control solutions within a chemical manufacturing facility.
- Proven experience in supporting daily operations and managing small capital projects.
- Expertise in configuring and maintaining automation systems on platforms like DCS, PLC, and HMI.
- Experience with data historians and database management.
- Knowledge of automation standards for process safety, alarm management, batch management, and cybersecurity for industrial control systems.
- Proficiency in server operating systems and network protocols to support process control networks.

- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve success.
