IT Project Manager (Dutch Speaking)

For a client of mine I am actively looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with IT Product Ownership experience to join one of my clients in Rotterdam. In this role you will identify user needs, translate them into effective solutions, and collaborate with engineers to deliver business value. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in the (digital) change process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis, collaborating with a service designer to create a roadmap in tandem with the Product Owner.
• Translate user needs into features and user stories, managing the overall product backlog and priorities alongside the product owner.
• Work with architects to define and implement optimal technical solutions, making decisions about necessary process, data, and technology changes.
• Coordinate the building and management of the product, actively participating in the refinement process and advising the group on priorities.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with at least 3 years of digital product development as a Product Owner.
• Experience with problem discovery, solution definition, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills for a data-driven approach, with a user-centric mindset.
• Demonstrable experience with agile and scrum methodologies, preferably with experience in DevOps.
• Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with change management, data-driven working, and affinity with the maritime sector are advantageous.
