We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Automation or Software Engineering (FH/University).
• Boasts at least 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or system integration, with a proven track record of successful team transformations.
• Possesses a strong understanding of mechanical and plant engineering, with a bonus for experience in control, drive technology, and edge computing.
• Has experience with requirements and evidence management, along with knowledge of relevant standards (Machinery Directive, GMP) and cybersecurity (NIS-II).
• Is a master of MS Office and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrates exceptional social skills, initiative, and a systematic, results-oriented approach.
• Communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders and embraces a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluently speaks German and English.
