Accounts Receivable Administrator

Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Accounting department. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the timely receipt of payments for outstanding invoices from customers within your portfolio. The primary focus will be on customers in German-speaking areas, with additional responsibilities covering customers in other European regions. As the main point of contact for these customers, you will address any accounting-related inquiries and collaborate closely with our Sales team on order processing, significant quotes, and customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash collection through verbal and written communication.
2. Authorization of sales orders.
3. Determination of payment terms.
4. Follow-up on customer queries.

Essential Skills:

• Educational background at MBO/HBO level, preferably in administration.
• Native proficiency in verbal and written German is a must.
• Experience in administration/cash collection is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively on assigned tasks.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
