Electrical Project Engineer

The mission:

• Works with clients and suppliers to ensure technical concepts meet project specifications.
• Prepares quotes and proposals based on cost analysis, external quotes, and regulations.
• Manages communication with all parties for technical clarity.
• Monitors project progress (schedule, quality, etc.) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Defines the project design process, including resource allocation, scheduling, and approvals.
• Creates comprehensive technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, parts lists) considering all relevant specifications.
• Optimizes cable routing and manages cable data in planning tools.
• Initiates material requests and ensures efficient purchasing.
• Develops test specifications and delivery protocols.
• Provides regular project reports on progress, costs, and outstanding tasks.

Your profile:

• Bachelor / Master Electrical Engineering or similar
• 3 years relevant professional experience and also knowledge in ships construction
• Specific knowledge and experiences:
• Very good knowledge of both German and English is a MUST
• In-depth CAD knowledge (AutoCAD or EPLAN)
• Versatile system knowledge about SNE products and solutions
• Well-founded knowledge in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio)
• Knowledge in rules and regulations
