My client is a pioneering pharmaceutical powerhouse at the forefront of innovation. With a global footprint, they're dedicated to pushing boundaries in research and development, setting new standards for healthcare solutions.
We are searching for an experienced Clinical Research Manager to oversee assigned protocols in full compliance with ICH/GCP and local regulations. This pivotal role entails end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to company policies, quality standards, and adverse event reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for comprehensive project management, encompassing feasibility, site selection, recruitment, execution, and closeout, across multiple countries if required.
- Act as the primary liaison between Country Operations and the clinical trial team (CTT), serving as the Main Point of Contact (POC) for assigned protocols.
- Conduct thorough reviews of Monitoring Visit Reports, promptly escalating performance concerns and training needs as necessary.
- Lead and empower local study teams, providing protocol training and seamless coordination of activities across various roles.
- Develop and implement a local risk management plan for assigned studies, ensuring compliance with key systems.
- Foster collaboration with functional outsourcing vendors, investigators, and external partners.
- Represent the company with investigators, cultivating strong business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience.
- Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Project Management and site management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of scientific and clinical research principles.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and local language.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables and protocols concurrently.
- Previous experience bridging Country Operations and Clinical Trial Teams.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution abilities.
