Your Responsibilities:

Champion and Advocate: Represent and expand the Process Automation team both internally and externally.
Strategic Visionary: Help define and execute the vision for the future of process automation.
Team Leader: Leverage your expertise to guide, manage, and support a team of technical professionals.
Technical Expert: Provide functional assessments of work done by Automation Engineers.
Project Orchestrator: Coordinate the work of internal and external engineers for programming, modifications, and PLC software adjustments.
Continuous Improvement Champion: Analyze and propose improvements to machine automation in collaboration with your team.
Management Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for management.
Collaborative Supporter: Assist service, project management, purchasing, and sales departments, either independently or with your team.

Who You Are:

Hold a relevant bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Possess at least 5 years of experience in related fields.
Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills.
Have expertise in (I)PC, PLC, and HMI programming and communication with SCADA systems.
Knowledge of development methodologies is a plus.
Passionate about your profession and possess a solution-oriented mindset.
