Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, combining technical expertise with teamwork and travel? My client is searching for a passionate Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team dedicated to exceptional service and quality.
In this role, you will:
- Commission isolators, peripheral devices, and common PLC controls.
- Conduct input/output (I/O) and line tests, ensuring functionality.
- Create and maintain cGMP-compliant documentation.
- Perform Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) of isolator systems.
- Calibrate and adjust sensors and instruments for optimal performance.
- Qualify ventilation systems, including filter testing, air velocity mapping, and cleanroom classification.
- Conduct alarm testing and functional tests for system integrity.
- Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software deviations.
To be successful, you will possess:
- A degree or technical diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Systems Engineering, or similar field (entry-level candidates welcome).
- Basic understanding of common PLC controllers, particularly Siemens and Rockwell Allen-Bradley.
- Prior commissioning experience (advantageous).
- Familiarity with working in a GMP environment (advantageous).
- A valid car driver's license.
- Excellent English communication skills and strong German proficiency.
