Civil and Structural (CSA) Lead

As the Leader for Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA Lead), you'll manage and execute construction projects, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and effective on-site communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Oversee the timely completion of architecture, infrastructure, and structural planning projects.
• Planning & Coordination: Lead all project phases from design to construction.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate project teams, external partners, and subcontractors.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Budget & Quality Control: Ensure projects meet budget and quality standards, addressing deviations as needed.
• Approval Management: Oversee necessary approval processes within the project framework.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Several years in managing complex construction or infrastructure projects in German-speaking regions.
• Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and budget control.
• Personal Traits: Structured, reliable, with excellent communication skills and regular on-site presence.
