Senior Embedded Developer C++

For our client in the mobility and IoT industry with focus on AI and machine learning, we are seeking for a seasoned Senior Embedded Developer C++ (f/m/d) in Vienna.

Start: ASAP, full-time

Location: Vienna; Hybrid work model

Hourly rate: 65-75 EUR depending on experience

Reason of hire: business needs/expansion

Team: Software development for time critical applications

Your Mission

• You are responsible for the software development: from implementation to the testing of embedded GNSS Onboard-Unit Software
• You are developing clean, elegant and reusable code which is easy to maintain and extend
• You are in tight collaboration with our product and design teams to translate customer experiences and product features into capabilities on the platforms

Your Background

• A technical degree (FH or University) in systems / software engineering, computer science, information technology or related field
• Around 3 years of professional experience with embedded SW development skills in C++ (IBM Rational Rhapsody is an advantage)
• Application interface knowhow for communication protocols, especially Bluetooth, 3G/4G (LWM2M is an advantage)
• Experience in writing automated unit tests
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins and SVN is an advantage
• Fluency in English is mandatory, German is optional
