Air Compressor Service Technician

Air Compressor Service Technician - Charlotte, NC

Position: Full-Time

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + Overtime + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of compressed air equipment at customer sites.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment at customer facilities.
• Provide consultation and guidance to customers regarding their compressed air equipment requirements, maintenance, and repair needs.
• Document all work completed using specified forms and ensure timely submission of reports to relevant business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Parts and Sales Departments, to streamline customer service processes.
• Fulfill other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

• Completion of High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Over 2 years of experience in maintaining industrial equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively, showcasing strong time management abilities.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication, ensuring effective interaction.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for customer service.
• Capable of taking initiative and working autonomously.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Requirements:

• 1+ years' compressed air system maintenance experience
• 1+ years' refrigeration equipment maintenance experience
• EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification
• ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification
