Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales/Business Development Manager to join our team in the wind industry, specializing in blade contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the renewable energy sector, particularly in wind turbine blades. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in blade contracts within the wind industry.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Lead negotiations for blade contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
