Test Coordinator - Laser Communications / Satellite Technology

The Role:

You will be responsible for the testing processes - preparing, executing, and documenting tests of technologies related to satellite and laser communication.

As Test Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

• Managing tests for projects, following our process, and ensuring the highest quality of all delivered documentation.
• Continuously improving the testing process, associated documents, and resource/timeframe planning.
• Organizing and actively participating in reviews, serving as the interface to project teams, and communicating with external partners for testing purposes.
• Monitoring test planning, designing accessories, and providing structured guidance to test engineers for effective testing.
• Actively participating in tests to ensure their execution at the highest quality level while facilitating information flow within the team and towards project leads.

Requirements:

Profound expertise and hands-on experience in:

• Testing aerospace components or laser terminals
• Developing intricate test scenarios
• Applying practical measurement concepts and tools
• Implementing test standards in practice
