SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Consultant

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors/ HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team in Zurich. As a key member of our consulting team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for the clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and business process analysis to identify client requirements and objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance Management.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring successful adoption of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors systems to meet specific client needs and industry best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs to end-users, enabling them to effectively utilize SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors/ HCM Consultant with a strong understanding of multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customization.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Fluency in English and German is essential.
