1. Captain the IT Team: Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team of three talented ICT professionals to conquer technical hurdles and achieve new heights.

2. Guiding the Way: Organize and oversee our outsourcing partners, ensuring smooth and efficient collaboration.

3. Innovate & Participate: Engage in internal IT projects, from planning to implementation, and play a vital role in shaping technical, organizational, and financial aspects.

4. Strategize & Budget: Align your plans and budgets with our corporate strategy, laying the groundwork for future success.

5. Network & Equip: Manage and maintain networks and IT equipment for over 200 employees, scattered across multiple locations, including both Windows and Mac systems.

6. Virtualized Marvels: Take charge of our virtualized server infrastructure in the state-of-the-art data center, ensuring flawless operations.

7. Cloud Champions: Be a key player in the continuous migration and advancement of our services in the Azure Cloud, unlocking limitless potential.

8. Fail-safe and Secure: Ensure high availability of core infrastructure through redundancy, backups, and disaster recovery planning, embracing both on-premises and cloud environments.

9. Fortify IT Security: Be the guardian of our IT security, enhancing the protection and availability of our systems, and shaping the future of our security framework.

Your expertise and skills are the pillars that will lead us to success:

• Mastery & Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role, with an added advantage of prior management experience.

• Credentials of a Champion: Certifications in security (e.g. CCSP, CISSP) or MS Azure, showcasing your prowess in the realm of IT security and cloud technologies.

• Tech Maestro: Expertise in cloud and Windows server environments, accompanied by a sound knowledge of Enterprise Network, Endpoint Management, M365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), and Azure AD.

• Language Jedi: Fluency in both German and English, empowering you to communicate and collaborate seamlessly in our diverse environment.
