The mission:
- Design, calculation, and dimensioning of rudder systems.
- 3D modeling of rudder systems using SolidWorks.
- Development of new devices, products, or assemblies, and refinement of existing components.
- Coordination of design details with classification societies, shipyards, and suppliers.
- Preparation of design documents, parts lists, and technical documentation.
- After a certain period of training
- Assistance and sparring partner for the head of department
- Administrative works and planning of department processes
- Controlling of schedules and budget compliances

Your profile:
- Completed studies in shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
- Extensive professional experience in design, with a strong focus on the application of 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks).
- Proficiency in ANSYS for FEM calculations, MS Office, and ERP software (ideally Navision).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for technical documentation and communication with external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. A team-oriented approach and a passion for innovation.
