Air Compressor Support Specialist

As an Air Compressor Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical expertise and support for our clients' air compressor systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring the overall reliability and performance of air compressor equipment.

Salary $60,000 - $80,000

Location: Loxley, PA

Non Exempt position

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical assistance to clients regarding air compressor systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site to ensure efficient system operation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide customized solutions.

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Execute routine maintenance tasks on air compressor systems to prolong their lifespan. - Perform repairs and replacements of components to address identified issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Training and Documentation:

• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the proper operation and maintenance of air compressor systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including manuals and guides, to assist endusers and fellow technicians.

Customer Service:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Respond promptly to service calls and inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
