Your Role:
As a Manager in CIO Advisory & Tech Sourcing, you will be at the forefront of driving transformation through technology. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Project Sales: Lead and manage the sales of high-impact projects in areas such as CIO Advisory, Agile Transformation, IT Efficiency, IT Cost Management, IT Strategy & Governance, Enterprise Architecture, and Digitalization. After securing projects, you will oversee their execution in a project management role.
- Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with clients (CIOs, CTOs, etc.), serving as their go-to expert for IT strategy and technology services. Your technical and functional expertise will guide them through successful transformations.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with market trends and the latest technologies. Share your knowledge within the organization to keep our team at the cutting edge.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring that projects are both profitable and aligned with client needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of consultants, helping to drive our business growth and achieve exceptional results.
- Market Positioning: Enhance our presence in the market by conducting customer workshops, publishing thought leadership content, maintaining business relationships, supporting research, and actively participating in trade fairs and industry events.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: A Master's degree in business informatics, computer science, economics, or a related field.
- Consulting Experience: Extensive experience in CIO Advisory and Tech Sourcing, with a proven track record in consulting and pre-sales.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and project management experience, particularly in digital transformation.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Personal Qualities: You are enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently within project teams.
