Territory Manager - Air Compressor Sales

Location: Owensboro, KY

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 + Commission + Overtime + Benefits

Requirements:

• 5+ Years experience in industrial sales/the compressed air industry
• Extensive knowledge of local territory preferred
• Electromechanical understanding required; air compressor, pump & nitrogen generator expertise preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build influential relationships
• Strong Microsoft Office, computer and writing skills required
• Operator's Driver's License and an acceptable MVR required

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales growth and business development of compressed air equipment and components.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Formulate business strategy and implement plans to grow sales revenue and market share, with an emphasis on key strategic actions.
• Coordinate with Product Management and other business area resources as necessary to resolve problems involving pricing, product specifications, strategy, and warranties as required

Drug Screening/Background Check:

• Drug Testing/Screening, Background Checks, Reference Checks, and Motor Vehicle Record Checks will be performed; this position requires a valid Operator's Driver's License and an acceptable MVR.
