Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead with a strong focus on Azure Cloud and AI to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction, growth, and success of our Azure cloud and AI practice. You will collaborate closely with clients, leading teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Azure Cloud and AI practice, including strategy development, service offerings, and business growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored Azure cloud and AI solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and client expectations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of cloud and AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay updated with the latest Azure services, AI technologies, and industry trends to continuously enhance our offerings.
  • Drive business development efforts, including client engagements, proposals, and presentations.
  • Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to leverage new opportunities.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Azure cloud services, including architecture, migration, and management.
  • Strong expertise in AI and machine learning technologies and their applications.
  • Proven leadership experience in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
  • Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent are highly desirable.
