Quantum Software engineer - AI, Quantum, C++, Rust, Python, Julia, GPU, HPC, Munich, Zurich
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading European businesses in the field of High Performance Computing, AI and Quantum Computing.
They turn international projects in development; bringing Supercomputers into reality as well as embedding Quantum Computing into various existing and soon-to-be systems. The business are now looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join the team.
Tasks:
- Responsible for the full software development lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation, testing, documentation and support
- Manage software projects and deliver products and/or services
- Perform code reviews and help design software solutions
Experience:
- Managing entire software development lifecycles
- Developing software strategies
- Strong experience in C++ and/or Rust, Julia and/or Python
- Experience with multi-threaded application programming and thread-safe programming
- Experience developing high performance code using multi-threading or GPUs programming (CUDA, OpenCL, OpenACC)
- Knowledge or experience in working within Quantum Computing or AI-driven companies is a huge plus
Location would be either in Munich or Switzerland; however, flexible working conditions will remain.
