Our client is seeking a visionary Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead their global alliances program with leading System Integrators, Original Equipment Manufacturers, and Managed Service Providers. As a senior executive, you will be responsible for devising and executing a comprehensive business plan, driving the company's strategy, and leading the Alliances team in the field. This pivotal role involves collaboration with key internal leaders across various departments, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, Support, Legal, and Executive Management.

We are looking for a transformational leader with the capacity to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong strategic thinking and consultative skills, backed by a track record of successful partnerships and business growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the global alliances program strategy, policies, and relationship management with GSIs, OEMs, and MSPs.
  • Set ambitious goals, metrics, and growth KPIs to optimize results and communicate the value of alliances to the business.
  • Identify and onboard new partners into the Strategic Partnerships program.
  • Define and build an exceptional team, attracting highly skilled and experienced personnel to drive high-performance growth.
  • Foster trusted relationships with each Alliance partner, promoting our client's offerings within their unique environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that enhance partner value propositions.
  • Lead business planning and strategic growth initiatives with partners, ensuring alignment across various geographies.
  • Drive incremental new business through Alliance partnerships, including lead generation, pipeline growth, new logos, and increased sales/revenue.
  • Enhance our client's global business ecosystem, leveraging Alliance partners for branding, marketing, and customer references.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from partners to drive continuous improvement, product development, and joint sales efforts.
  • Work closely with senior internal leaders and partner executives to prioritize and drive growth objectives globally.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in alliances/partnerships, sales, or marketing for B2B Enterprise IT companies.
  • Proven experience in creating and expanding ecosystems with new partner solutions.
  • Track record of leading and executing successful business or organizational transformations.
  • Exceptional executive leadership, collaboration, communication, planning, and execution skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of integrated business functions and priorities.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with C-Level executives and senior leaders from cross-functional groups and partner organizations.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performance teams.
