We're expecting the below know-how:

• PhD in Physics or a closely related subject
• Pre-existing knowledge in quantum error-correction (quantum information, correcting codes etc...)
• Understanding of superconducting circuits

And the following know-how would be advantageous:

• Python, C or C++ coding
• Decoding algorithms (machine learning based, model graphs, union find, minimum weight perfect matching etc...)
• Implementing decoding algorithms in FPGA
• Simulation of fermionic systems etc...
