Position Title: SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Field Consultant

Location: Germany (Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Field Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules, including Time Management, German Payroll, Employee Self-Service (ESS), and Manager Self-Service (MSS). You will play a crucial role in delivering, ensuring successful implementation, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed requirements analysis and create functional specifications for Time Management, German Payroll, ESS, and MSS modules.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet specific requirements and business processes.
• Provide expertise in configuring and optimising SAP Time Management, including work schedules, time recording, absence management, and time evaluation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SAP German Payroll, including configuration, statutory requirements, and compliance with local regulations.
• Address payroll-related issues, perform troubleshooting, and provide guidance on best practices for payroll processing.
• Implement and configure Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) functionalities to enhance user experience and streamline HR processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ESS and MSS functionalities, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities to ensure system stability and security.
