I'm looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of engineering experience.
• Has strong knowledge and experience with Netcracker's Product Catalogue solutions within the telecom industry.
• Demonstrates extensive experience with SOA, TDD, and UML.
• Has at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
