  • Designing a customized path tailored to client requirements
  • Conducting energy assessments and proposing solutions for heightened energy efficiency
  • Orchestrating the conception, funding, construction, and management of photovoltaic energy facilities (whether situated on the ground, rooftops, or within shaded parking areas)
  • Overseeing energy consumption to optimize efficiency
  • Facilitating the adoption of electric mobility solutions

With rapid expansion driven by strong growth the company is venturing into international markets and currently seeking a Project Developer situated in Warsaw, Poland.

Reporting directly to the Operation & Development Manager of our Poland division, your core responsibility will encompass executing Energy Performance projects. This encompasses the construction of photovoltaic installations and the implementation of energy efficiency initiatives. Your role mandates adhering to predetermined cost, quality, and timeline parameters.

Furthermore, nurturing positive relationships with clients and all project stakeholders will be integral to your position. You will accomplish this through:

  • Conducting regular domestic visits to assess technical installations, buildings, and engaging with clients, property owners, or managers of sizable structures.
  • Occasional travels to our headquarters in Lille, France, and the International Development Team in Brussels, Belgium.
  • Managing project planning phases (Design - Consultation - Execution - Acceptance).
  • Orchestrating collaboration with permit and supplementary studies firms.
  • Overseeing Helexia's and its partners' support services spanning Technical, Financial, Legal, and Insurance domains.
  • Engaging in negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers to actualize project implementations.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant standards when receiving photovoltaic installations and energy efficiency assets.
  • Maintaining an ongoing awareness of market trends and regulatory alterations.

Your professional station will be within the Poland team, based in Warsaw. Your role will necessitate regular travel within Poland and intermittent trips to our Group headquarters in Lille or to Brussels.

This role entails engagement in a strategic, entrepreneurial endeavor within a swiftly evolving sector. Moreover, it provides a platform for long-term growth and advancement within the organization.

ESSENTIAL PROFICIENCIES

  • Demonstrated comprehension of specialized construction techniques along with swift grasp of technical and energy aspects related to buildings. Comfort with technical domains such as processes, thermals, thermodynamics, electricity (low and high voltage), etc.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the energy efficiency and photovoltaic sectors.
  • Capability to operate autonomously within assigned tasks, while effectively disseminating information to colleagues in an open, structured, and concise manner.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in interpersonal communication, active listening, negotiation, and a naturally inquisitive disposition.
  • Diligence in managing files, coupled with organizational and written aptitudes (minutes, schedules, client reports, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft suite tools: Excel & Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
