Mission
Facilitate the growth of Power Equipment Aftermarket by delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for portable air compressors, dewatering pumps, and generators.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on portable air compressors and dewatering pumps, following manufacturer's recommendations.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning compressors and pumps by identifying possible causes.
- Test and document operating parameters to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain and provide basic tools required for the job.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
- Train and assist other service technicians.
- Promote and adhere to proper safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment at all times.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of technical service experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
- Preferred 1-2 years of technical service experience in maintaining and repairing compressed air equipment and dewatering pumps
- Strongly preferred expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a variety of portable compressors.
