Role Overview: As the Chief of Staff for our Renewable Energy Company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, facilitating communication, and supporting the CEO, Director, and CTO. You will be the linchpin connecting various departments, ensuring projects and tasks are progressing, and helping manage the flow of information within the organization.

• Drive project progress and operational needs.
• Support CEO, Director, and CTO by task delegation.
• Streamline communication between teams and leadership.
• Empower teams through task assignment and training.
• Monitor project performance and report on KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for renewable energy is a plus.
