Description:

As an FIS Application Suite Expert, you will serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting various FIS applications, Must also have Quantum experience.

Nice to have, eBAM, TRAX, and Intellimatch.

Leveraging your extensive experience with FIS platforms, you will provide technical guidance and support to ensure the optimal functioning and customization of these applications within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for FIS applications, including Quantum, eBAM, TRAX, and Intellimatch.
• Provide technical guidance and support for system configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve technical issues related to FIS applications.
• Ensure the seamless integration of FIS applications with existing financial systems and technologies.
• Conduct system assessments and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to banking, payments, and reconciliation systems.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive experience with FIS (Fidelity Information Services) platforms, specifically Quantum, eBAM, TRAX, and Intellimatch. Knowledge in all is preferred, but expertise in some of these applications will also be considered.
• Strong technical background in financial systems and technologies, with a focus on banking, payments, and reconciliation systems.
• Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within the FIS application suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions within defined timelines.
